About me

Hi I’m Oliver. I’m a private mobile network system designer. I design, architect and create everything needed for private mobile networks to run optimally. The systems I have made have been extensively used by the US Government in adoption programs and in research labs, as well as any other group who values privacy and communications.

I’ve have 12 years of private mobile network experience. During my time at Lociva I was fabricating and designing all the networks we made and doing most of the support contract work. In working there I have used a great deal of EPCs, eNodeBs, gNodeBs, GSM radios and other telecom equipment from companies like Nokia, CellXica, Benetel, VNL, Attocore, Quortus, Cubic, Baicells, Airspan and other suppliers.

This website is just to show some of the projects I’ve created. Each project consisted of a great deal of work that is hard to express in words, so a few pictures of some of the projects are included. Each new radio and platform has its own quirks that require figuring out but each piece of kit fits a specific role and need.
